Guest sitting/dining room
Guests have their own sitting/dining room - a large space, over 90 square metres. The dining area can seat up to ten people, and there are high-chairs for babies and young children. For colder weather there is cosy seating area, with a woodstove; and in the warmer weather the room has french doors leading out into the garden, the barbecue area and to the swimming pool.

There is a library of around 400 books, with a good range - fiction, travel, art and photography, and children's. An 'IT area' provides free superfast fibre-optic internet connections, and there is a computer system that is linked to the wildlife cameras set up in the garden (see 'Things to do' in the Menu).
We try to be as 'family-friendly' as possible - and there are play-mats and toy-boxes for children.
Breakfasts and suppers are served here (and adjacent outside dining area in fine weather), and there is tea, coffee and cold drinks available at any time.
